TICKET INFO
Tickets available at musiconthemothership.com or available tickets will be for sale on-site at the box office. Payment Methods: Online (all major credit cards). Will Call (all major credit cards and cash) Are tickets refundable? – Tickets are NON-Refundable. This is a rain or shine event!
Are tickets transferable? – Yes, you may transfer your tickets to someone else in the unfortunate case you’re unable to join us, but they are non-refundable! Email info@musiconthemothership.com for more info.

HAVE YOUR E-TICKET READY
To make your entrance go smoothly have all your eTickets ready to be scanned at the entrance gate. eTickets can be printed at home or displayed on a smart-phone. We require all ticket buyers to retrieve their tickets personally and bring corresponding identification. If all else fails, please bring your photo ID and the credit card you used for your purchase so you can be looked up at the door.

UPGRADE YOUR PASS
At the entrance/box office you may upgrade your ticket to include a Camping Pass which allows you access to the campgrounds and The Bedouin Space Lounge (Bar, Music, Dance, and Yoga Lounge) $10 single day / $30 for the weekend. Yoga hosted every morning from 9:30-10:30 in the Lounge (must have camp ground access pass) Bedouin Space Bar open 12pm-12:30am

PARKING & RE-ENTRY
Parking is FREE. To encourage safety and carpooling there is a $10 unlimited re-entry fee for day use parking and GA campers. Ticket holders and their belongings will be searched upon entry and every re-entry to the festival.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all CARS are subject to a search prior to entry.
BAGS, BACKPACKS, ETC. brought into the music venue will be checked as well. Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process. Security will confiscate items if they are illegal, and will not hold any items until the festival is over. If you’re bringing prescription medication, make sure the name on the label matches the name on your ID, and our medical team will clear it at the entry gate.

WRISTBANDS
At the festival entrance gate you will be issued your GA, Camping, or Single Day wristbands. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.

MOBILE CHARGING
We will have a portable device charging station (located in Camping Recreation area. See map)

ALCOHOL
Alcohol will be for sale to individuals 21 and over with a valid ID. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at Taos Mesa Brewing. Spirits will be available at The Bedouin Space Lounge. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed inside the fenced venue, and may not be brought in from or taken to the campgrounds.

FOOD VENDING
There will be many choices when it comes to food!
Taos Mesa Brewing Restaurant, Food Vending includes food carts of all kinds serving breakfast/lunch/dinner, a coffee cart, a natural food mini mart by Sol food Market, and Jamaican Jerk Chicken from 4:20 to 4:20 at The Bedouin Space Lounge.

LOST SOMETHING AT MOM FEST?
All lost and found items will be held at the EMT Tent (located in Camping Recreation area. See map) M.O.M. will not be held liable for any lost items.

PACK IT IN! PACK IT OUT!
This is a leave NO TRACE Festival. At check in all Campers will be given a blue bag for recycling and a black bag for trash. Please pack it out 🙂

ACCESSIBILITY
Music on the Mothership Festival provides ADA accessible parking, entrances, restrooms, viewing/seating

WEATHER – Come Prepared!
This is a rain or shine event, so bring your rain gear just in case – better to be safe than sorry! And don’t forget your sunscreen. This time of year it’s best to bring layers. Although daytimes are usually very warm, nighttime temperatures can get in the low 30’s. Check the Weather!

HOTSPRINGS SHUTTLE RIDE – Manby Hot Springs
Free Shuttle to Manby Hot Springs!  Pickup location on road near showers at Hotel Luna Mystica (See Map). Runs Saturday & Sunday 10am-1pm. Tip your driver! How to get there? At the left side of the parking area, take a dirt and rock path to the river, about a 15-20 minute walk. Two sand-bottomed and rock pools are located in the ruins of an old stagecoach stop on the east bank of the Rio Grande. Water temperatures are usually about 97 F, depending on how high the river is. Clothing optional. Easy hike.

KIDS
Children of all ages will be welcome. Ages 2-12 are 1/2 price tickets. Available at door only. Kids 2 and under FREE. Camping for Kids: 14 and under camp free. This is a very family-friendly event and let’s welcome everyone! Please supervise your children closely.

PETS
NO PETS. We are animals lovers too but please leave your furry friends at home. Household pets are not allowed anywhere on the grounds during festival weekend, for their safety and yours. Service animals permitted as allowed by the Americans with Disabilities Act. There is a fantastic Dog Boarding Facility just a 1 mile away at 10,000 Wags Pet Resort and Spa

CHAIRS AND BLANKETS
Please bring low back lawn chairs, blankets, and other necessities into the festival. You may use only low-back chairs in the venue; if you have standard lawn chairs you’ll need to sit in the back where you won’t obstruct anyone’s view. (STANDING ROOM ONLY AFTER 5:30pm.)

WATER
To discourage the use of plastic and decrease our festival footprint please bring your own personal refillable water cup and or container. NO GLASS! You may use at Taos Mesa Brewing and Bedouin Bar as well. There will be 3 water filling stations throughout the festival (see map). Refillable bottles must be brought in empty and filled inside the venue. You may bring two factory sealed bottles of water (up to 1 liter each) and refill them throughout the day at our free water filling stations

ICE
Ice will be available for purchase at The Bedouin Space Lounge ($5/bag)

OUTSIDE FOOD AND ALCOHOL
NO outside alcohol is allowed anywhere in festival grounds.
Campers are allowed to bring their own personal food items to their camp.

SHOWERS
Located at Hotel Luna Mystica. $5 for a 5 minute shower (for campers and non-campers)

ALLOWED

  • Your own personal refillable water cup/container/hydration pack. NO GLASS! Refillable bottles must be brought in empty and filled inside the venue. Camelback’s are allowed, but must be empty
  • Water – you may bring two factory sealed bottles of water (up to 1 liter each) and refill them throughout the day at our free water filling stations
  • Portable/collapsible chair. Please NO CHAIRS AFTER 5:30pm in the Amphitheater.
  • Hats and Sunscreen lotion (no aerosol containers)
  • Baby Strollers
  • Bring a towel for the showers

PROHIBITED

  • NO GLASS! Glass containers of any kind
  • NO ALCOHOL / NO DRUGS or drug paraphernalia. MOM has a zero tolerance policy for all illegal activities. Drug use is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. You must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.
  • NO Fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, and/or incendiary or explosive devices of any kind
  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment
  • Any and all professional video equipment – no video recording will be allowed
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Firearms, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc)
  • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace and endanger the safety of the crowd.
  • NO Pets (except service animals)
  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.
  • No motorized vehicles (ATVs, motorcycles, scooters etc)

CAMPING FAQ

If I have a festival pass and I want to camp do I need a camping pass?
Yes, every camper needs to purchase a camping pass in addition to their festival ticket.

Is camping included with a RV pass?
RV Passes do NOT include camping passes. Each person must have a camping pass and a General admission pass

What is an RV?
Any oversized vehicle, trailered camper and/or attached camper to a pick-up. If a vehicle is oversized and cannot fit in a 9X18.5 parking space it is considered an RV and therefore must have an RV pass.

What is car camping?
Each car camping space is 10×30 and allows individuals to camp next to their car.

Can I re-enter? What if I want reentry for car camping?
Guests will have access to come and go from the campground. However any vehicle that leaves the facility will be charged a $10 unlimited re-entry fee.

What is tent camping?
Tent camping spaces are for individuals that want to park in an allotted space and walk to their campsite -all campsites are close to parking areas. This pass does allow reentry. Individuals must always park in allotted parking spaces.  No driving into campsites to drop off camping gear.

How do I rent a trailer?
Our trailers are available for rent in the form of VIP packages.

Are kids allowed?
Yes, kids 14 and under camp free.

Ice and water?
There will be ice available for purchase. There will be several free water refill stations.

Specialty needs and ADA camping?
Please contact reservations@hotellunamystica.com to reserve handicap camping/parking.

Toilets?
Portable toilets and hand washing stations will be available throughout the campsite

Showers?
There is an onsite shower facility. $5 for a 5 minute shower

Recycling?
Every vehicle will be given two trash bags upon entering the campgrounds. One for recycling and one for waste. Before leaving we ask that each campsite disposes of their bags in the respected pr receptacles.
